At Eversfield Organic, we take great pride in the quality of our organic produce and want you to be completely satisfied with every order. If your items do not meet our high standards or arrive damaged, please contact our farm office within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon arrival, please check your delivery immediately against the enclosed packing slip to ensure all organic meats and produce meet your expectations.
- 2.Document Any Issues
If there is a problem with the quality or condition of your items, please take clear photographs of the product and the packaging labels for our records.
- 3.Contact Customer Service
Email our team at [email protected] or call us with your order number and details of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once validated, we will either issue a credit to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement item to be sent out in your next scheduled delivery.
